We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We are actively working to expand our delivery zones to international destinations in the near future.

2. Flat Rate Shipping Fee

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for all domestic orders – no matter the size or location. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM (EST) are processed the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
  • We do not operate or fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or official U.S. holidays.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
  • Orders are shipped using standard shipping via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery time may vary based on your location and seasonal volume.
5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rinmotif is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Return-to-sender issues due to unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to address issues:

  • A $6.99 re-shipping fee will be required
  • If unclaimed for more than 30 days, the item may be discarded without refund
6. Lost or Missing Packages

Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Rinmotif is not responsible for its loss or theft.
If tracking shows your package is delayed or missing for more than 15 business days, please contact us:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
