Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 1 business day for your product to be produced before it is shipped. To ensure your order is processed on the same day, please place your order by 12:00 PM (noon) EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Fees
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. The estimated total time to receive your order from the time of purchase is 3-5 business days.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.
Shipping Policy
We primarily ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- International addresses
- APO/FPO addresses
Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.

All delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Unexpected delays
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before placing your order.
- Shipping Address Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost to have it shipped again. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate shipping information.
- Updating Your Address: If you need to change or update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee the change.
We are not responsible for:
Items returned to sender
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If your package is missing and tracking shows it has not been delivered or has been in transit beyond 15 business days:
Please contact us with your order number
We will open an investigation with the carrier
If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
