Simple Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team via email at support@rinmotif.com with the following information:
- Your Full Name and Order Number.
- Proof of Purchase (e.g., a screenshot of your order details).
- Reason for Return (You may attach photos/videos if the product is defective/damaged).
Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions and, upon approval, will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
- If your refund is approved, the money will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 days (after the $6.99 shipping fee has been deducted).
- Non-Refundable Costs: The original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable. The $6.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund total.
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.
Damaged or Defective Items?
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please clearly indicate this when submitting your return request via email.
- Upon confirmation of the defect, you will be offered a replacement.
- Replacement Timeline: Replacements for confirmed damaged/defective items will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Refund (Final Sale)
To maintain product quality, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving instructions from our support team.
- Items that are Worn, Washed, or Used (showing signs of use, stains, odors, or damage).
- Items missing Original Tags or Original Packaging.
- Items with Alterations.
