1. 12-Hour Window for Changes

Customers have up to 12 hours from the time the order is placed to make any changes or cancel the order.
After this period, your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment team – at which point, no further modifications can be guaranteed.

2. What You Can Change

During the 12-hour window, you may:

  • Cancel your entire order
  • Update the shipping address
  • Change product size, color, or quantity
  • Replace items or swap variants

All modifications are subject to product availability at the time of the request.

3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To modify or cancel your order within 12 hours:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and email address used at checkout
  • Clear description of the changes you wish to make

Our customer support team will confirm whether the changes are still possible and assist you promptly.

4. After the 12-Hour Window

Once 12 hours have passed:

  • Your order may have already been processed and shipped
  • At this stage, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes
  • However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery – see our Return & Refund Policy
