By placing an order with Rinmotif, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve established this policy to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all our customers. This policy applies to the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Simple Return Process
To start a return, simply send an email to support@rinmotif.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order details).
- The reason for the return.
- To speed things up, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product.
Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the next steps, including providing a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Used, Washed, or Worn Items: Any hoodie, sweatshirt, or t-shirt that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use (e.g., stains, odors, or damage) cannot be returned.
- Items Without Original Tags: The item must have all original tags attached.
- Items with Alterations: Products that have been altered in any way are not eligible for a return.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size). If you’re returning a defective product, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
“Change of Mind” Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, please follow our return process for a refund, and then place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, the money will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 days.
Keep in mind that it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, a cancellation may not be possible if the product has already entered the production phase. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 days after your request has been approved.
