Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled, as most items are made to order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rinmotif.com. Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.
Order Modification
You may request order modifications within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as production or order processing may have already begun.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, contact details, and shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.
