We are committed to delivering your metal signs safely and on time. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing (Handling Time)
Most of our metal signs are made to order.
Handling time is 3–4 business days, which includes production, quality check, and packaging before shipment.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Shipping, handling, and transit times are calculated based on business days only.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method and Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size.
Order tracking is provided for all shipments. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Transit time is 3–5 business days, starting from the date the order is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated as handling time plus transit time.
In most cases, orders arrive within 6–9 business days from the purchase date, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Cost
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.00 per order.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled, as most items are made to order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, peak seasons, or holidays.
Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
