Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This page explains when refunds are issued, how long they take, and what happens in case of delays.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Items received damaged or defective

Canceled orders within the allowed 12-hour cancellation window

Returned items for change of mind, after we receive the returned item and inspect it (customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case)
Refund Processing Time
Once your return or refund request is approved and we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
Delayed Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 7 days:

Please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for them to process the transaction.

Damaged or Defective Items
For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or provide a free replacement at no cost to the customer, including return shipping.
Customer Responsibility
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable). Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and following return instructions.
